Your Link Statistics, Live in Google Sheets and Excel

Many teams do not live inside dashboards. They live inside spreadsheets. Weekly reports, client updates and budget plans are built in Google Sheets or Excel, and the click numbers from a link shortener usually arrive there the slow way, through exports that are downloaded, opened, copied and pasted, often by the same tired person every Monday morning.

Minzo.link now offers private CSV feeds that your spreadsheet can read directly. From the integrations area you create a personal feed address, then paste it into Google Sheets using its built in import function or into Excel using its option to load data from the web. From that point on, your spreadsheet pulls fresh data on its own.

There are three feeds to choose from. The links feed lists your short links with their key details and click totals. The daily feed shows clicks day by day, which is perfect for charts and trend lines. The countries feed breaks traffic down by location. You can choose how many days each feed covers and which time zone it uses, so the numbers match the way your business already reports.

Privacy remains in your hands. The feed address contains a long secret token, and only the account owner can create it, replace it or switch it off. If a spreadsheet is ever shared more widely than intended, replacing the token stops the old address immediately, and you simply paste the new one where it belongs.

For teams who prefer automation tools, Minzo.link now has dedicated guides for Make and n8n. They show how to shorten links automatically from forms, online shops, content calendars or any other app those platforms connect to. For n8n there are ready made workflow templates you can download and import, one for creating short links and one for reacting to events such as new clicks.

The goal is to let your link data flow into the places where decisions are actually made. When the numbers update themselves, reports stop being a chore and become something you can glance at whenever you need an answer.
