The Custom Script pixel type lets you attach any tracking or marketing script that is not covered by one of the built-in providers (Google Tag Manager, Facebook, Google Ads, LinkedIn, Twitter, AdRoll, Quora, Pinterest, Bing, Snapchat, Reddit, TikTok, Google Analytics).
Unlike the other pixel types, where you enter a short ID, Custom Script stores the full snippet you provide (including its own <script> tags) and injects it as-is on every link, bio page, or splash page the pixel is attached to.
How to add a Custom Script pixel
- Go to Tracking Pixels in your dashboard.
- Click Add New Pixel and choose Custom Script from the Pixel Provider list.
- Give it a name so you can recognize it later.
- Paste your full script (including the surrounding <script> tags, or any HTML snippet) into the Custom Script field.
- Click Add Pixel to save it.
Attach it to a link, bio page, or splash page the same way you would attach any other pixel. If a visitor has not accepted advertising cookies, the script will not fire, the same consent rule already applied to the built-in pixels.
