Why can't I access a link from my location, or why was I blocked?

Access can be restricted at the platform level for security reasons: specific IP addresses, entire countries, or known malicious sources may be blocked to protect the service and its users from abuse. If you believe you were blocked in error, please contact support so it can be reviewed.This is separate from the geo-targeting a link owner can set up themselves (see the earlier FAQ on location-based redirects), which controls where visitors are sent, not whether they can access the service at all.

What if I lose access to my two-factor authentication device?

When you set up 2FA, you're given a set of backup codes, save these somewhere safe. If you ever lose access to your authenticator app or the phone receiving your email codes, a backup code lets you get back into your account. There's also a recovery process available via a token if you're completely locked out.

Why was I asked to verify my email when signing up?

Email verification at registration helps prevent fake accounts and abuse of the service. After signing up, you may need to click a confirmation link sent to your inbox before your account is fully activated.

What is account verification and how do I get a verified badge?

Account verification (KYC) confirms that you're a real, identifiable person or business. To apply, you upload an identity document (PDF or JPG, under 2MB) and fill in your details exactly as they appear on it, like your full legal name and date of birth.Our team reviews the submission, and once approved you receive a verified checkmark on your Bio Pages, a trusted status on your links, and generally more credibility with people who click on what you share.

How do I keep my account secure?

You can enable two-factor authentication (2FA) using an authenticator app like Google Authenticator, or via email codes, plus backup codes in case you lose access to your device. You can also log in with Google, Facebook, or Twitter instead of a password.Your account keeps a security log of logins, 2FA changes, and password changes, and you can turn on email alerts for new logins so you always know if someone accesses your account.
